The challenge
As part of ISG, I took part in a two-week mobility hackathon in Tallinn. Our team worked on real strategic challenges for E-Tricks. The content of the recommendation remains confidential, but the method and learnings can be shared.
Our approach
We combined market analysis, strategic thinking and teamwork to build an answer adapted to the company’s context. The project took place in English and required us to quickly understand a new economic and cultural environment.
The immersion
Hosted by Estonian Business School, we attended classes and conferences on urban innovation, intellectual property, change management and Estonia’s start-up ecosystem. Discovering Ülemiste Smart City and the e-Estonia Briefing Centre gave the topics a very concrete dimension.
What I learned
This experience strengthened my ability to analyze a complex topic, defend a business reflection as a team and work in English in a professional setting. It also confirmed my interest in international environments where innovation, technology and usage meet.
