The challenge

As part of my studies at ISG, I worked on the launch of Enterprise Car Club in Wiesbaden, Germany. Presented to a commercial manager at Enterprise Mobility, the project had to result in a credible, differentiated and directly actionable local strategy.

The challenge went beyond creating a marketing campaign. We had to understand local habits, analyze existing mobility solutions and build a proposal able to answer both individual and professional needs.

My approach

I treated the project like a consulting mission: territory diagnosis, transport infrastructure study, analysis of the economic fabric, competitive benchmark and definition of priority targets.

This work revealed a clear opportunity: positioning Enterprise Car Club between private car ownership, public transport and traditional rental. A flexible solution to access a vehicle only when needed, without carrying the fixed costs of ownership.

The recommendation

From this positioning, I built a local activation plan designed to make the launch visible, generate first registrations and encourage trial. Each proposal had to connect a concrete client need with a measurable business objective.

What I learned

This project taught me how to transform market data into strategic decisions, defend a positioning and connect a marketing idea to concrete business objectives.

It also strengthened my ability to analyze a market, structure a recommendation and pitch a strategy in English with clarity, professionalism and a results-oriented mindset.
