The idea
To animate AiRT DE FAMILLE throughout the week, I imagined “T’es SHOW!?”, a weekly open stage designed as a meeting place between artists, the festival and its visitors. The goal was to create an identifiable event that could bring people back and extend the experience beyond the exhibition.
From concept to evenings
I started with several audits, including competitor analysis, existing open-stage formats and artistic worlds that could fit into the festival. From this analysis, I wrote the specifications and defined how the evenings would work.
I then researched and contacted artists, led meetings, planned dates and coordinated the whole organization. I followed each evening through to its concrete setup, including scenography and artist welcome.
Unexpected changes and cancellations also had to be managed. The festival had an important family dimension, so I had to discuss the nature of each performance with artists and make sure proposals remained coherent for the audience. Each decision had to preserve artistic freedom while guaranteeing the quality of the visitor experience.
The impact
After the events, I analyzed the results to understand what worked and turn those learnings into marketing arguments. The days hosting “T’es SHOW!?” recorded the highest visitor numbers of the week. This confirmed that the open stage was not just an extra activity: it had become a real reason to visit.
